While doing homework, Kelly walked away from her desk to retrieve a book that she needed to complete her homework. However, it was actually on her floor from where she had been reading it the previous day. As Kelly bent down to pick up her book she hit her brow against her steel bedpost. Kelly stood up, stumbled out of her room and went to look at herself in the mirror to make sure she was alright to see that her brow had a cut about half an inch long that was bleed a lot. She went into her roommate Carolyn's room to get a bandaid but Carolyn had to help her wipe the blood that was dripping off her face as Kelly got dizzy. Kelly laughed for a good ten minutes because she was not sure how to react. Kelly put a bandaid on her face and hoped for the best, but was still not sure whether or not she needed stitches.
To make the matter more unfortunate, the book is still on her floor where she is afraid to pick it up.

Episode 8
11/14/08
Kelly had her lovely bike fixed last night and decided that today would be the perfect day to ride it once again. She was so happy to be riding her bike and was enjoying the feeling of the breeze on her face.
All was going well, except when she was getting ready to cross the street. The seat to Kelly's bike should be tightened because it is loose and can switch positions without notice. While Kelly was crossing the street, her seat tilted all the way down giving her now seat at all. This caused Kelly to lose her balanace and fall. This would have been ok as Kelly falls many times. However, the intersection Kelly fell on was now on a green light and cars were starting to go. Fortunately they swerved to avoid her. As Kelly picked herself up she walked her bike across the street and felt a throbbing pain in her elbow and knee. Kelly had scraped up her knee and elbow to the point where they were bleeding and Kelly's favorite pair of jeans were ripped at the knee.
How unfortunate.

Episode 7
11/3/08
While at rehearsal for the show Kelly is stage managing, Kelly had to use the restroom. She had gathered her things as the cast was moving spaces and put her jacket on and hat so as not to lose them and her phone in wallet in her pant pockets.
As Kelly sat down to pee, she heard a plop. Before peeing, she looked down and saw her phone in the toilet. She rushed to get the phone out of the toilet before she could finish up her business.
Once Kelly had finished her business, she took apart her phone to let it dry out. However, the phone does weird things now when it turns on IF it turns on. So now Kelly will not be able to get held of nor does she have an alarm clock as this was on her phone.
How Painfully Unfortunate

Episode 6
10/28/08
Kelly absolutely loves moving around. She has bounds of energy that needs to be spent. Kelly was expending her natural energy by focusing it in a movement piece in her Acting class on this fateful Tuesday morning. She was warmed up and ready to work.
Kelly was trying new things she had worked on with her piece, and all was going well. However, her jazz pants are slightly too big and tend to fall down. This causes the inseam to be too long. While Kelly was working on her piece in class, her pants began to slide down. The hem of her pants got caught under her foot as she was trying to rise into a standing position. However, Kelly was not able to stand but instead fell into a full fledged split. Mind you, Kelly has never been able to do the splits due to lack of natural flexibility. Thus Kelly caused herself a break in focus and much pain over the next few days.
How Unfortunate.

Episode 5
8/30/08
Kelly had decided the day before that she needed to start running in order to get in shape for the Race for the Cure she has committed to (For which she greatly needs your help!)You can support her in this 5K race for finding a cure for Breast Cancer here:
Anyways, while Kelly was going on her second training run, she started to get really into the music on her IPOD. Who could ignore the amazing riffs of Guns'n'Roses? The distracting song of "Welcome to the Jungle" had put Kelly off her guard so much that she was not longer paying attention to where she was going and she just made a few turns just to see what Richmond looked like at the end of the summer.
When Kelly started to get tired and decided it was time to jog home she looked around for landmarks. To her horror, she found none. She saw many beautiful statues and while buildings and everything around looked really nice. But Kelly then realized that she was in the Capitol and was unsure of how to get back. She decided to keep on jogging for a few minutes to get her bearings straight.
Blocks later Kelly came across some cobblestone streets. She realized that she was down in Schockoe Bottom. Which is fine, except that it is a good ways away from her dorm. Sore and exhausted, Kelly desperately tried to find the street she came from. When she found the street on which her dorm is located and decided to walk all the way home.
Tired and sore beyond belief, Kelly realized how unfortunate this incident was.
Please support Kelly in the Race for the Cure on October 18th!

Episode 4
Saturday August 16, 2008
Kelly had finally moved into her new on campus apartment (in the brand spanking new dorms) and was thrilled to be back at school. She had fully moved in and was unpacking her things. Her boyfriend, whom she had not seen in a few weeks, had also finally moved in to the same building. They were going to head out for a while, and as they were leaving Kelly's apartment, Kelly realized that she had forgotten something. She had forgotten the wallet thing that held her VCU ID. On the key ring attached to the wallet were attached Kelly's Keys to her new room. so Kelly had to go and ask the RA on call to unlock her out of her room. When Kelly got down to the office, it turned out that no one had locked themselves out of their rooms yet, as it was the first day the building was open. So Kelly was the first person to lock herself out of her froom of the new building.
Embarrassing and Unfortunate.

Episode 3
Sometime in July of the summer of 2008, Kelly was enjoying her second summer on the Jimmy Jamestown Staff. She was at the Pool talking to the other staff when Bug pointed out that Kelly had a frog on her hat. A REAL frog.
Kelly was thrilled that a cute little frog sat on her hat and wanted to look at it. So Kelly went to sit down and put the hat on her lap to better observe the frog.
While talking to the adult volunteer next to her, the frog jumped: RIGHT INTO HER MOUTH!!!
gross, and unfortunate.
